The digital purchase page for StarCraft 2 reveals Heart of the Swarm is going to be "available for play" on the said date.

The Standard edition of the game is going to be available on both DVD and for digital download at a price of $39. 99. But as usual, there’s also going to be a Collector’s Edition offered that doubles the retail price to $79. 99.

If you would like some extras from the Collector’s Edition, Blizzard will offer them included in a Digital Deluxe edition available for $59. 99 (Standard edition owners may also upgrade to Digital Deluxe for $20).


Here’s the breakdown for the additional items you get when purchasing the Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Edition:

The Digital Deluxe edition includes the below items:

StarCraft II Torrasque look for zerg Ultralisks
StarCraft II Battle. net Portraits and Decals customization assets
World of Warcraft Baneling in-game pet
Diablo III Blade Wings and Banner Sigil

The Collector’s Edition includes the below items and also all the things in the Digital Deluxe offering above:

Behind-the-scenes DVD/Blu-ray
Soundtrack CD
Heart of the Swarm hardcover art book
Zerg Rush mousepad.
